La Boîte à lettres de Longueuil offers young people aged 16 to 24 the chance to regain control over their lives through literacy training. To support the BÀL in this mission, Espace Stratégies assisted the team and its board of directors in an organizational development process, helping to implement good management practices for efficient structuring. With a great deal of listening and creativity, the two teams were able to co-create innovative solutions that met the organization’s specific needs. As BÀL’s slogan suggests, together we were able to “learn differently”. We thank the Boîte à lettres’s team for their trust.
