Pearl Coutépéroumal
Pearl is a consultant with Espace Stratégies. She has 7 years’ experience in corporate strategy, with a particular focus on assisting Quebec SMEs with their internationalization projects. Pearl has also worked as a management consultant. She was responsible for setting up strategic alliances and reviewing service offers, including analysis of strategic diagnoses, business models and existing partnerships.
Pearl has also worked as a business development project manager, assessing market development opportunities through strategic diagnostics, market analysis and recommendations for strategic decisions.
In all her professional experiences, Pearl has always worked to accompany companies in their growth challenges, whatever their size; first by assisting them with their financing needs, then by fostering the development of strategic partnerships or accompanying them in their internationalization strategy.
Pearl holds a master’s degree in management, with a specialization in Banking and International Business, from the Université Aix-Marseille III, as well as a master’s degree in Management Science, with a specialization in Strategy, from the École des sciences de la gestion from the Université du Québec à Montréal.
Pearl is particularly interested in the issues of diversity and inclusion within organizations, and the essential role of governance in this process. The notion of impact, be it social, economic or environmental, also appeals to her, as it takes on great importance in organizations and should be reflected in their mission and values.
