Isabelle Fontaine has over twenty years’ experience in consulting, coaching entrepreneurs, strategic thinking and planning, operations management, training and skills development with companies from a wide range of industries.

She holds an MBA in corporate finance as well as two bachelor’s degrees, one in business administration and the other in vocational education, with certification as a professional coach and two accreditations for psychometric profiles.

Among other things, she has been:

• Entrepreneur consultant for over 150 companies during the pandemic, leading to strategic reflections and plans (Clinique entrepreneuriale du Québec)
• Coordinator of Business Services at the Centre de service scolaire de Laval
• Teacher-coach for the Lancement d’une entreprise program
• Director of operations for the specialized biotechnology incubator CQIB (Centre québécois d’innovation en biotechnologie in Laval)
• Coordinator, entrepreneurial development (Développement économique Ville de Laval)
