Luc Franche
Luc Franche is a consultant with Espace Stratégies. He has over four years’ experience in consulting services in Canada and abroad, during which time he has helped several international organizations evaluate their programs. Throughout his career, he has developed expertise in the principles of results-based management (RBM), enabling him to assist his clients in defining and achieving their strategic objectives.
He has participated in the following mandates, among others:
- Evaluations of UNICEF country cooperation programs in Tunisia, Lebanon, Jordan and Haiti.
- Design and implementation of a results-based management system, including staff training, for a Canadian organization working internationally.
- Final evaluation of the Global Action for Improving the Labour Migration Recruitment Framework, a project implemented by the International Labour Organization.
Luc has a background in political science from the Université de Montréal and McGill University. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Les Ailes de l’Espérance and a member of the Advisory Committee of Connexion internationale de Montréal.
