We see hiring interns each year as a way to increase the diversity of backgrounds on our team of consultants. We believe that a clash of ideas and points of view enriches our strategic reflection exercises. Which is why we’re pleased to announce that two interns from very different backgrounds have joined the team—Karine Thellier and Philippe Geoffrion. Karine has more than 20 years’ experience in the health sector in France and in Quebec and she recently completed her master’s in organisational development at HEC Montréal. For his part, Philippe is about to complete his masters in business administration from Université de Sherbrooke.
Karine has been involved in improving the healthcare experience and training leaders in the health field. Philippe became interested in management after completing a technical training program in the field at CEGEP and working part-time for a number of businesses in his region.
