Jocelyn Gagnon, MBA, is a founding partner of Espace Stratégies, formerly known as Dionne + Gagnon.

He has more than 30 years of experience in coaching companies and organizations and in developing economic and sectoral development strategies.

Jocelyn Gagnon is a recognized manager in business project development, supporting entrepreneurs in all phases of their projects – strategy, market development, financing – as well as an expert in economic development – industrial clusters, innovation and knowledge. These activities are accomplished by recruiting, mobilizing, engaging and developing competent and motivated teams.

MODERATOR AND SPEAKER

What’s more, with his many years of experience as a facilitator for a wide variety of projects, Jocelyn Gagnon has developed an impressive ability not only to moderate and facilitate exchanges of all kinds, but also to engage people in and move their thinking forward.

He has led numerous strategic thinking workshops, panel discussions, economic forums, creative workshops and focus groups of all sizes (up to 150 people). Jocelyn Gagnon is also a frequent guest speaker, particularly on strategic approaches.

He has also trained more than 150 general managers of municipalities and MRCs in the strategic approach and the concept of ecosystems for the harmonious development of their territory.
